Our nurses provide skilled nursing care in the comfort of your own home and may provide the following:
Home Health Aides are trained in daily activities such as bathing, dressing, personal hygiene and oral care, under the supervision of a registered nurse.
Physical Therapists evaluate, treat, and instruct patients whose mobility has been compromised. Education in equipment use, exercises and home safety are provided to the patient and caregivers to help the patient live as independently as possible.
Occupational Therapists help individuals achieve independence despite disabilities. Evaluation, treatment and instruction in daily living activities are provided.
Speech Pathologists provide instruction in skills needed to improve the patient's speech, language and memory function as well as safe swallowing techniques.
Social Workers are available to address the social or emotional needs identified by the patient, their family, their physician and Home Health Services team.
Our services are available to anyone in need of healthcare at home for an acute or chronic medical condition. Home Health Care is prescribed and directed by the patient's physician. Hospitalization is not required prior to receiving services.
