Inpatient Rehab

Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation
Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation assists patients experiencing a loss of function from injury or illness to become as independent as possible in the activities of daily living so that they may return home and re-enter the community. This sophisticated level of care is for patients who require intensive, interdisciplinary rehabilitation services that are not available in other settings, such as nursing homes, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living centers, or extended care centers. The expertise and resources available at our facility enable our staff to provide a high level of coordinated rehabilitation and medical care.

Individualized Treatment
Because each person is unique, our dedicated and skilled team individualizes every patient's care, taking into consideration that everyone has different life roles and needs and progresses at a different pace. Our twelve bed unit provides excellent staff to patient ratios for the best possible care.
Success Begins With Teamwork
We implement a team approach offering physical, occupational, and speech therapies; social workers;
and 24-hour rehabilitative nursing care, all under the oversight of a medical director.
Our Goal
To help people get back to life, family, and friends as quickly as possible. Working with each patient and their family, the team designs a highly individualized treatment plan focusing on potential, not limitations. This progressive approach strives to meet the needs of everyone involved in the rehabilitation process -patients and family members.
